West Coast IPA, 7.2% ABV, 79 IBU, 4.6 SRM
Lupita is a West Coast style IPA in honor of Lupa, our dog that we rescued and who named it after her. Hops from Mosaic, El Dorado, and Citra sparkle with juicy flavors of pineapple, cherry, and mango, plus medium bitterness. This refreshing IPA is perfect to drink in our tropical paradise of Puerto Vallarta.
Imperial Stout, 8.4% Alc. Vol, 50 IBU, 45 SRM
To make a stout this dark and rich, we loaded the fermentation cask to the brim with a blend of premium European barley, rolled oats, and a generous helping of chocolate and caramel malts. After fermentation, we add a subtle hint of Indian Cinnamon Bark and Organic Mexican Vanilla to round out the dark chocolate notes with a hint of spice. Go ahead, take a break and allow yourself to enjoy the peaceful stillness of the deep black liquid in front
